• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />Pfingsten Zoning Ord. Amendment & CUP <br />February 12, 2003 <br />c.) No blocking of street during ingress /egress. <br />d.) No parking on the South side of street. <br />3.) Equipment storage: <br />a.) Height: no more than privacy fence or natural trees or other landscaping <br />"barrier" (see item 4 below). <br />Note: Barrier must conceal equipment, product, & vehicles, without any <br />breaks in barrier. The exception for this permit is the "field office trailer." <br />b.) Must be able to be stored within confines of fences area. <br />4.) Building, fence, landscape; Must meet requirements for a aesthetically pleasing look <br />for the neighborhood. <br />*(It is understood that there will be a time allotment for the maturity of newly planted <br />trees) <br />a.) Kept painted in a professional manner, general upkeep of building /grounds. <br />b.) Trees, shrubs, grass, weeds kept groomed. <br />c.) Removal of "scrub" trees. <br />5.) Daily business activity (ie; test driving down Maple Street is prohibited) <br />6.) Noise /air quality (ie; extensive idling of diesel equipment, exhausting unfiltered air or <br />particles into the atmosphere is not allowed) <br />a.) No manufacturing /processing equipment that creates noise levels inappropriate <br />for residential environment (db level ?). <br />7.) Sewer /water /soil conditions to be within state and local code requirements. <br />*(soil testing must be performed and documented before transfer of property <br />ownership) <br />a.) Disposal of hazardous waste on site (ie; improperly installed floor drains or <br />containment tanks, or no pumped out by an approved waste management <br />company) will not be allowed. <br />b.) Septic systems to be consistent with type and/or activity of proposed business. <br />Permits must be filed with City for activity related to septic system. <br />c.) Runoff from cleaning equipment must be contained in an environmentally safe <br />manner consistent with EPA/MPCA standards. <br />8.) Weight restrictions for the street must be obeyed. <br />9.) No changes in outdoor lighting to be allowed that would interfere with neighbors <br />privacy. <br />10.)Renewal of this permit to be enforced as per the City of Lino Lakes, with renewal <br />requirements provided to neighbors. <br />11.)Mr. Pfingsten submitted the following conditions: <br />• Fence will be painted by June 2003 <br />• Remove webbing from gate so police can see in <br />• Replace back gate with fence by June 2003 <br />• Plant 9 evergreens to border fence <br />• Keep garbage container inside building <br />• Minor maintenance and repairs to equipment permissible (oil changes, <br />washing, etc.) <br />• Will not park any equipment outside fenced area <br />• No wood piles or wood chips will ever be stored at this site <br />
