CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:34 <br />p.m., March 12, 2003. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 12, 2003 <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION approve the February 12, 2003 Minutes and was supported <br />by Mr. Tralle. Motion carried 3 -0. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:35 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:36 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Rafferty. Motion carried 3 -0. <br />V. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Bruggeman Properties, SE corner of <br />Birch Street <br />Staff stated the applicant had requested Preliminary Plat Approval to allow a three lot <br />commercial subdivision, Rezoning to GB/PDO, Site and Building Plan Review, and a <br />Conditional Use Permit for an accessory drive- through, on property located south of <br />
