Planning & Zoning Board <br />July 9, 2003 <br />Page 12 <br />Vice Chair Rafferty stated it was disappointing this has taken so long and if they could <br />not have all of the answers in front of them, it should be not approved. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to approve the Century Farm North Final Plat subject to <br />the twenty -three (23) conditions as noted in the Resolution. and was supported by Mr. <br />Hyden. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Continued — Banners, as they relate to the City Sign Ordinance <br />The Board requested this be postponed to next month's meeting. <br />B. Continued — Fabric accessory structures, used as carports <br />The Board requested this be postponed to next month's meeting. <br />VII.. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 11:15 p.m. and was supported by <br />Mr. Corson.
