Additional recommendations as presented in the Staff Report: <br />• Ensure <br />there is adequate seperation between the seasonally high ground water <br />table and the bottom ellevations of the ponds. Needs to be at least 3 -4 feet. <br />Motion <br />Motion made by Grundhoffer and second by <br />O'Connell to approve the Panattonni <br />site plan with above recommendations. All were in favor. Panattonni site plan was <br />approved. <br />_ Topic: Woodstone Builders <br />Recommendations: The Environmental Board made the following recommendations <br />concerning Woodstone Builders: <br />More Trees be planted along Apollo Drive <br />Verify the percent impervious figure. <br />Reduce impervious parking to a minimum <br />Use pervious parking if possible. <br />Work with City staff on landscape plan. Add more oaks to the plan. Use native tree <br />species.
