CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:36 <br />p.m., August 13, 2003. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 9, 2003 <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION approve the July 9, 2003 Minutes and was supported by <br />Ms. Tralle. Motion carried 4 -0 -2 (Mr. Lyden and Chair Schaps abstained). <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:37 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:38 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Lyden. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />V. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. GEORGE AND LYNN FERNSTROM, 6340 RED MAPLE LANE <br />Staff stated applicants would like to construct a second, detached garage, but such a <br />proposed garage would have to be sited in front of the home due to placement of a septic <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
