E. Building Requirements. All newly constructed commercial buildings shall <br />meet the exterior building standards of Section 3, Subd. 4.B.4 of this Ordinance. <br />F. Permitted Uses. In the GB District no building or land shall be used, and no <br />building shall be erected, conve ed or structurally altered unless otherwise <br />provided herein, except for one or more of the following uses. <br />1. Adult use — principal and accessory. <br />2. Governmental and public regulated utilities, buildings, and structures <br />necessary. <br />3. Greenhouses and landscape nurseries. <br />4.
