1 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES <br />I. <br />CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:37 <br />p.m., September 10, 2003. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 13, 2003; amended June 11, 2003 minutes <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION approve the August 13, 2003 Minutes and was supported by <br />Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to approve the amended June 11, 2003 Minutes and was <br />supported by Mr. Tralle. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:38 p.m. <br />Barbara Bor, 7707 20th Avenue North, HERON Group representative, expressed concern <br />about a large church being planned on the property next to hers. She asked for a copy of <br />the plan, when available. She expressed concern about drainage. She encouraged the <br />Commissioners to have the staff meet with the HERON Group to discuss their concerns. <br />She stated the HERON Group had met with staff to review the City zoning ordinances. <br />She stated the Conditional Use Permit did not fit with the defined land purpose. She <br />noted this was an agriculturally zoned property. She indicated this proposal was no <br />different than an industrial building with 1000 employees. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
