Medium Density (six units /acre) will allow <br />development that will be very close to and thus consistent with the existing <br />neighborhood. <br />9. The site should be rezoned to R -3 to be consistent with the comprehensive plan <br />classification of Medium Density. <br />10. The Lino Lakes Growth Management Ordinance, Ordinance No. 01 -03 establishes a <br />goal to limit new growth n the city to an average of 147 new housing units per year, <br />with discretion to exceed this target by 20 %. <br />11.
