<br />is located on 17 acres of property north of Ash Street (County Road J) and west of Hodgson Road (County
<br />Road 49). Reviews dated March 8, 2004 and February 26, 2004 were previously submitted, and were based
<br />upon the following documents provided by the applicant:
<br />1 Wetland Delineation Report, hydrology calculations, hydrology summary and NPDES Phase II
<br />permit form, provided by Glenn Rehbein Companies (William A.T. McCully ) dated January 23,
<br />2004 and received by the City of Lino Lakes January 30, 2004.
<br />2. Preliminary Plat, Certificate of Survey and Tree Inventory, Preliminary Grading Plan, and
<br />Preliminary Utility Plan (Sheets 1 -4), received by the City of Lino Lakes February 6, 2004.
