A <br />Jeff Smyser <br />June 9, 2004 <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Conditional Use Permit/Planned Unit Development and <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />Marshan Townhomes 2nd Addition <br />Hokanson Development, Inc. <br />Hokanson Development has submitted a request for a conditional use permit for a <br />residential planned unit development (PUD), and development stage plan (preliminary <br />plat). The subject site is four acres of property at the northeast corner of Lake Drive and <br />Aqua Lane, adjacent to the existing Marshan Lake Condominiums. A PUD is required <br />for multi - family development in a shoreland area. <br />The applicant withdrew a previous application, so this is considered a new application. <br />No rezoning or comprehensive plan amendment is needed or requested.
