All utility extensions and streets /driveways proposed are considered private and will not be owned or <br />maintained by the City of Lino Lakes. This must be detailed in an Agreement between the City and the <br />Applicant. It is also recommended that the utility plan show the specific locations of individual valve <br />boxes and their service termination points (between street and building). Individual sanitary sewer and <br />water services must also meet minimum separation distances. <br />12. All grassed or swaled drainage ways must have a minimum slope of 2 %. <br />13. It is recommended that the proposed storm sewer be extended to the foot of the south driveway to pick up <br />drainage, similar to that proposed for the north driveway. <br />14. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits from the Minnesota Department of Health and <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the water and sanitary sewer installations as required. <br />15. All street restoration shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />16. The lighting layout, number of lights, and type of fixture is subject to the approval of the City of Lino <br />• Lakes. <br />
