Proposed storm sewer shall be adjusted to extend to the foot of the south driveway to pick up drainage, as <br />previously expressed. <br />14. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits from the Minnesota Department of Health and <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the water and sanitary sewer installations as required. <br />15. All street restoration shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />16.
