Portable signs shall be limited <br />to special events or promotion. (Section IV. X) <br />Each building (not each tenant) is allowed a <br />banner for two weeks at a time, for a total four <br />such permits per year. <br />Up to four banners per property per year, <br />maximum 60 consecutive days per banner, <br />120 days max per year for all banners. <br />Shopping centers: each tenant allowed three <br />banners per year, max 60 days per banner or <br />90 days total per year <br />Maximum 60 days per year, maximum 12 <br />occasions per year. <br />Banners, balloons and stringers are prohibited <br />unless approved in conjunction with a portable <br />sign permit. (Section IV.
