• Subdivision Sign <br />Development Directional Si <br />p g <br />• <br />Definition: <br />A sign not located within the subject residential subdivision that advertises the <br />availability of lots or dwellings for sale. <br />Photograph/Examples: <br />Current Code Restrictions: <br />Directional signs up to four (4) square feet are allowed up to ten (10) feet <br />above grade provided they are not erected adjacent to any residential streets. <br />Possible Regulation: <br />Number of signs per development, distance from the development, size, <br />construction, setbacks, and possibly a plan that shows the placement of all <br />such signs for a development. Parade of Homes signs could fall in this <br />category as well. <br />Notes: <br />
