<br />The coMroctor shoe refer to the architectural plons for exact locations and
<br />dimensions of buildings, vestibules, sloped paving. exit porches, rornps, truck docks,
<br />entry locations and locations of downspouts.
<br />2. All disturbed unpovecl oreos ore to receive minimum of 4 inches of top soil and
<br />sod or seed. These oreos shall be watered by the contractor until the sod or seed
<br />is growing in o healthy manner.
<br />3. The contractor sholl take all precoutions necessary to ovoid property domage to
<br />adjocent properties during the construction phase of this project. The contractor
<br />*RI be held responsible for any don-loges to adjocent properties occurring during
<br />the construction phase of this project.
<br />4. The controctor will be responsible for providing and rnointaining trolfic control
<br />devices such os barricades, worMng signs, directional signs, flogrnen and lights to
<br />control the movement of traffic where necessary. Placement of Mese devices shall
<br />be approved by the engineer prior to placement. Traffic control devices shall
<br />conform to the appropriate Minnesota deportment of Tronsportatian standards.
<br />5. In accordance with generally accepted construction proctices, the contractor will be
<br />solely ond completely responsible for conditions on the job site. including safety
<br />of on persons and property durklg the performance of the work. This requiremmt
<br />will apply continuously and not be limited lo normal working hours.
<br />6. The duty of the engineer or the developer to conduct construction reWew of the
<br />contractors perforrnonce M not intended to include review of the adequacy of the
<br />contractors safety measures M, or near the construction site.
<br />7. Before beginning construction the contractor sholl install o Temporary Rock Entrance
<br />pod at all points of vehicle exit from the project site. Said Rock Entronce pad
<br />shall be mointoined by the contractor for the durotion of the project. See detoils
<br />shown on Sheet C8-I of the project plans.
<br />8. Erosion ond Sedimentation control measures shalt be established around Inc entire
<br />site perimeter and 91 occordance with NPDES permit requirements. Best Management
<br />Practices, City requirements and the details shown on Sheet C8-1 01 the Project Pions.
<br />9. All entrances and connections to city streets shoe be performed per the requirements
<br />of the city. The controctor shall be responsible for all permits and notificotions as
<br />required by the city.
