• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.C. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: November 10, 2004 <br />TOPIC: PUBLIC HEARING <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />New Brighton Congregation of the Jehovah's Witness <br />BACKGROUND <br />The New Brighton Congregation of the Jehovah's Witness has requested approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow a church (Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness) on a 4.07 acre lot located on the east side of Lake Drive. <br />The comprehensive plan guides the site for low- density unsewered residential use and it is zoned R -1 (Single <br />Family Residential).
