• <br />• <br />• <br />Result of P & Z Discussion of November 2004 <br />BANNER <br />Definition A temporary sign made of cloth, flexible plastic, or other fabric <br />Maximum Size: 32 square feet <br />Attachment: All four corners must be attached to the principal building on site <br />Permit: Portable Sign and Banner permits are held to the following <br />standards: <br />1. One portable sign or banner is allowed per permit <br />2. One permit is allowed per quarter of any calendar year <br />3. Permit is good for 17 consecutive days <br />4. Permit period always begins on a Friday <br />5. Double permit fees will be assessed if the permit is pulled after <br />the sign is placed <br />6. The City has the right to remove the sign at the end of the <br />permit period and collect the cost of removal from the permit <br />holder and/or property owner. <br />Fee: $25 per permit. <br />PORTABLE SIGN <br />Definition A temporary sign designed to be moved from one location to <br />another <br />Maximum Size: 32 square feet <br />Setback: Five feet from any property line <br />Permit: Portable Sign and Banner permits are held to the following <br />standards: <br />1. One portable sign or banner is allowed per permit <br />2. One permit is allowed per quarter of any calendar year <br />3. Permit is good for 17 consecutive days <br />4. Permit period always begins on a Friday <br />5. Double permit fees will be assessed if the permit is pulled after <br />the sign is placed <br />6.
