• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.I. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: February 9, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />Century Farms North 3rd Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Century Farms North Development Company has requested approval of a residential <br />development called Century Farms North 3rd Addition. The subject properti consists of several <br />outlots platted as part of Century Farms North and Century Farms North 2° Addition. This plat <br />will create a total of 59 lots consisting of 18 single - family residential lots, 34 attached single - <br />family residential lots, and 7 outlots. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the City Council <br />on April 28, 2003. The title commitment and by -laws have been forwarded to the City Attorney <br />for review. <br />The conditions of the preliminary plat have mostly been addressed through the platting process <br />of the 1St and 2nd Additions, and will be enforced in a similar fashion for this addition. <br />Specifically, the townhouse elevations will be held to the same standard developed for the 2nd <br />addition, the height restrictions to protect air space for the air park are in place, and the trails for <br />this portion of the development have already been platted by the 2nd addition. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1.
