Turnberry Crossing Review City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota • Page 4 January 31, 2005 f) In addition to the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, all utility work shall be performed in accordance with the Standard Specifications of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM). Construction notes must be added to the utility sheets that include these requirements, including minimum compaction standards for all utility trenches and roadway base. g) Water pipe and appurtenances shall meet the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, and as follows: Hydrants - Waterous Pacer WB -67; Valves - Mueller A2370 -20 or equal. DIP pipe shall be Class 52. All sanitary sewer service pipes shall be SDR 26 or Schedule 40. Safety and traffic control during construction must be provided in accordance with the State of Minnesota Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). h) Catch basin/manhole castings for the swale /turf areas must be specified, subject to the approval of the City of Lino Lakes. i) The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits from the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the water and sanitary sewer installations as required. j) • All restoration of existing streets shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. The City Street Superintendent must be notified at least 48 hours prior to any street excavating or work of any manner on public streets and /or right of way.
