This letter is in <br />response to your request for a description of the proposed use of the site, and is written on <br />behalf of the applicant, Mr. Bruce Hanson, owner of Auto Brokers, Inc., presently located <br />at 2851 84th Lane NE in Blaine, Minnesota. <br />Auto Brokers, Inc. is a car and truck wholesaler...they do have minimal retail sales, but <br />all retail sales will be done inside of the building, and the property will not be used as an <br />outdoor sales lot, or a traditional used car lot. The reason for the need for outdoor storage <br />of automobiles is exactly that, only for storage. Below is a list of the typical uses Auto <br />Brokers will have on the property: <br />• All retail sales are made by appointment only, as the property and offices are not <br />always staffed on an continual hourly basis <br />• No retail sales will be done on the front parking lot, no autos will be shown for sale <br />in the front parking lot, there will be no flags, and no neon lights.
