• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.G. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: February 9, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />TSM Development has requested approval of a single - family residential development called <br />Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition. The subject property is currently Outlot A of Highland <br />Meadows East. This plat will create a total of 19 lots. 18 residential lots, and 1 outlot. <br />The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the <br />City Council on July 26, 2004. Some minor adjustments to the widths of the middle units have <br />been done but the minimum setbacks discussed in the Preliminary Plat report are still being met. <br />The title commitment, final plat, and association by -laws have been forwarded to the City <br />Attorney for review, and are acceptable. As required under the conditions of preliminary plat <br />approval, the applicant has obtained a Rice Creek Watershed permit. All other conditions of <br />approval will be met during the building permit review process, or with the agreement between <br />the applicant and the city. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1. Approve the final plat for Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition. <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
