• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.E. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: March 9, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />West Shadow Ponds 2nd Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />Richard Carlson and Associates has requested approval of a two lot single - family residential <br />subdivision entitled West Shadow Ponds 2nd Addition. The subject property is located adjacent <br />to the northwest corner of 62 ❑d Street and West Shadow Lake Drive. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the City Council <br />on October 11, 2004. The title commitment for the property and final plat have been forwarded <br />to the City Attorney for review. All conditions of approval will be met with building permit <br />review of the subdivision or through the development contract between the applicant and the city <br />that is still being developed. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1. Approve the final plat for West Shadow Ponds 2nd Addition <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
