Easement restrictions shall be defined prior to city council <br />approval of the final plat. <br />12. The entry monument sign must comply with the sign ordinance. The developer must submit <br />information regarding ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the monument sign. <br />This must be provided prior to city council review of the final plat. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1.
