DRAFT April 8, 2005 <br />• I11. Sign Plan Data <br />_ A. Description: <br />1. Apollo Landing <br />2. 540 Lilac St. - Lino Lakes <br />3. Graphic scale will be per exhibit <br />B. Existing and Proposed Conditions: <br />1. At present, there are no existing freestanding or ground signs. <br />2. Proposed pylon sign, located to the West of main entrance, will total two <br />hundred (200) square feet of signagc sign area and will not exceed forty <br />(40) feet in height and will not be closer than five (5) feet to property line. <br />The Pylon Sign will conform to building design standards relating to <br />composition, color, building materials and overall continuity with the <br />Planned Unit Development. See Exhibit 1 <br />designed to identify the Planned Unit Development as "Apollo Landing" <br />monument sign will conform to design standards relating to composition, <br />Development. See Exhibit 2 Note: submitted monument sign is 9' x <br />12'. The pylon sifrn has adequate base provide indentification sijin for <br />the development. <br />4:3.Proposed individual Business signs will be attached to the building (wall or <br />parapet) wall up to one hundred (100) square feet or twenty percent (20 %) <br />of the building face area, whichever is greater. Variations on face colors, <br />size and font style of letters is allowed within the guidelines, color of all <br />returns and Trim Caps to be Bronze. See Exhibit 3: Channel Letter on <br />Race -Way. Signs will be substantially in line horizontally with roofline <br />and /or parapet line to maintain aesthetic continuity. One additional <br />Business sign will be allowed for buildings with a secondary exposure, on <br />the back or side of building, up to fifty (50) square feet or ten percent <br />(10 %) of the building face area, whichever is greater. The additional sign <br />shall be for the tenant behind the wall giving the secondary exposure. For <br />example, a sign on the end of a building shall be only for the business <br />located on the end of the building. Specifications other than size are the <br />same as Primary signage however, l- however. no signs shall be allowed on <br />the northern walls of buildings 1, 2, 3, or 4 and no signs shall be allowed <br />on the west side of building 1. <br />5. l.A11 building wall signage will use 3M Scotchcal Translucent Film Series <br />230 or similar for color. See Exhibit 4. <br />C. General Regulations: <br />1. All signs shall be constructed in conformance with the provisions of the <br />Uniform Sign Code published by the International Conference of Building <br />Officials. <br />
