Both the existing Schwan's <br />facility and the existing two duplexes to the east were considered non - conforming under the SC, <br />Shopping Center designation. <br />The Lino Lakes Market Place and JADT Developments were previously approved as Planned <br />Development Overlays (PDO). The proposed change will clarify what zoning provisions apply <br />to the respective developments if not specifically addressed within the PDO ordinance. <br />Staff is recommending approval of the zoning ordinance amendment. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
