any sign is removed, the Zoning Official shall be notified and the entire <br />surrounding area shall be cleared of all debris and unsightly projections and <br />protrusions. <br />N. Signs which become unsafe or unkempt in appearance shall be repaired or removed <br />by the licensee upon notification by the Zoning Official. <br />O. The source of light for any sign must be indirect or diffused and shall not be <br />directed into any adjoining residential district. <br />P. <br />Real estate development signs or construction site signs may be erected in <br />compliance with the requirements of the temporary sign table, Section IV, <br />paragraph EE.providing they do not exceed one hundred (100) square feet of area, <br />feet of an existing residential structure. <br />.. <br />Q. Directional signs up to four (4) square feet are allowed up to ten (10) feet above <br />grade provided they are not erected adjacent to any residential streets. <br />R. Permit fees shall be in <br />accordance with a fee schedule as adopted by the City Council. <br />X.
