STORM SEWER SYSTEM ISSUES: <br />a) Please see attached TKDA Drainage Calculation Review dated August 8, 2005. <br />3. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM ISSUES: <br />a) About 1/2 of the lots in this subdivision will flow into a lift station. The lift station will <br />discharge into the proposed sanitary sewer system within this plat. The ultimate service area <br />for this lift station will extend to at least the existing roads north and south of this plat. The <br />City will further evaluate the elevations and trunk service area. <br />b) The lift station is shown on Lot 30. This lot should be designated as City property. <br />4. WATER SYSTEM ISSUES: <br />a) 12 -inch watermain is required from Lake Drive eastward to the north stub street; and then <br />northward towards James Street. 8 -inch watermain may serve the remainder of the plat. <br />b) The Fire Chief should verify hydrant placement. <br />5. MISCELLANIOUS ISSUES: <br />a) The trail should be continued to Lake Drive. <br />
