The surface of all signs must be repainted at least once every <br />two (2) years or whenever necessary as determined by inspection by Zoning <br />Official to prevent the sign surface from becoming unkempt in appearance. When <br />any sign is removed, the Zoning Official shall be notified and the entire <br />surrounding area shall be cleared of all debris and unsightly projections and <br />protrusions. <br />N. Signs which become unsafe or unkempt in appearance shall be repaired or removed <br />by the licensee upon notification by the Zoning Official. <br />O.
