A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Smyser <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: August 10, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Hardwood Creek Project Update <br />It is likely that we will receive an application to amend the comprehensive plan to <br />provide for the development of 360 acres in the I -35E corridor. This project will be large <br />and somewhat complex. We anticipate that it will be necessary to hold an additional, <br />special P & Z meeting devoted exclusively to this project. <br />The application likely will be considered at the normal September 14 meeting. We are <br />requesting that the P & Z members consider a special meeting on Tuesday, September 27. <br />(The Upper Midwest Planning Conference begins September 28 and staff will be <br />attending.) <br />• <br />• <br />
