• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.B. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: September 14, 2005 <br />TOPIC: <br />Rezoning to R -1X (Single Family Executive) <br />and GB (General Business) <br />Preliminary Plat — Pine Glen <br />MUSA Allocation <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Planning and Zoning Board held the public hearing for 23, LLC's request for a 78 -lot <br />single - family residential and 2 lot commercial subdivision entitled Pine Glen at the <br />August 10, 2005 regular meeting. The public hearing was closed, some direction was <br />given to staff and the developer in regards to the concerns of both the public and the <br />board, and the item was tabled. <br />The item is now being brought forth with some revisions and additional information. The <br />request has been modified to include Rezoning to R -1X (Single Family Executive) and <br />GB (General Business); 63.81 acres of MUSA allocation; and a preliminary plat for 72 <br />residential and 2 commercial lots. <br />The subject property is located on the east side of Lake Drive approximately 900 feet <br />south of Main Street.
