Stamped received in Lino Lakes on <br />July 7, 2005. <br />2. Pine Glen Runoff Calculations as submitted by LSJ Engineering, Inc. Stamped received in Lino <br />Lakes on July 7, 2005. <br />Drainage Review Comments: <br />01. <br />Include the existing wetland to the east of the site in the HydroCAD models and indicate the 100 -year <br />elevation and emergency overflow elevation on the plans. The low floor elevation of the adjacent <br />houses is required to be a minimum of 2 feet above the 100 -year elevation and 4 feet above the <br />ground water table. The low opening of the adjacent houses is required to be a minimum of 1 foot <br />above the emergency overflow. <br />2. Provide emergency overflows for all ponds and label the locations and elevations on the plan. Low <br />openings for adjacent buildings are required to be a minimum of 1 foot above the emergency <br />overflow. <br />3. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lots 27 and 28, block 4 have low floor elevations less <br />than 2 feet above the 100 -year elevation for Pond #1. Please clarify. <br />4. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lots 16 -21, block 4 have low floor elevations less than 2 <br />feet above the 100 -year elevation for Infiltration Pond #2. Please clarify. <br />5. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lot 33, block 1 has a low floor elevation less than 2 feet <br />above the 100 -year elevation for Pond #3. Please clarify. <br />6. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lots 13, 16, and 18, block 1 have low floor elevations less <br />than 2 feet above the 100 -year elevation for Infiltration Pond #4. Please clarify. <br />7. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lots 3 -6, block 3 have low floor elevations less than 2 <br />feet above the 100 -year elevation for Pond #6. Please clarify. <br />8. Based on current HydroCAD model results, lots 1 -9, block 4 have low floor elevations less than 2 <br />• <br />feet above the 100 -year elevation for Infiltration Pond #7. Please clarify. <br />9.
