• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.A. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: November 9, 2005 <br />TOPIC: WITHRAWAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION <br />JADT SECOND ADDITION <br />SHEET METAL WORKERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION <br />BACKGROUND <br />The original application for the Sheet Metal Workers Federal Credit Union included a preliminary plat to <br />combine lots 2 and 3 of block 1, JADT Addition. This accompanied a Site Plan Review for the proposed <br />financial institution. The applicant has revised their plans and is withdrawing the Preliminary Plat application <br />and intends to build exclusively on one of the existing lots. As the Site Plan Review is no longer accompanied <br />by an additional land use entitlement request, it will be completed administratively. <br />The public hearing for this item was properly noticed and therefore should be acknowledged at the meeting and <br />the public should be informed that the application was withdrawn. <br />• <br />• <br />
