• <br />• <br />• <br />• Somewhere on the Erosion Control Plan it must be indicated the location on <br />the site where the erosion control plan will be located, along with required <br />weekly and post rainfall event inspection reports. A contact and phone <br />number should also be listed for the responsible site NPDES Supervisor. The <br />plan should note that additional rock will be stockpiled or brought in should <br />the rock entrance become dysfunctional due to rock -pore filling. All storm <br />sewer catch basins should be protected with an approved device such as the <br />Royal Infrasafe Collection Device. <br />• No soils should be imported or exported without City approval. <br />• A post development BMP plan should be written and be part of an over all <br />BMP /Maintenance for the Woods Edge Development. <br />• The proposed Conservation Easement for the site should be written to <br />minimize tree and plant loss. Signs should be placed at the Easement. <br />Motion to approve by Bor, Second by Bauman. All were in favor. <br />
