• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES <br />DATE : January 11, 2006 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 10:38 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Hyden, Laden, Nelson, Pogalz, Rafferty, Root and <br />Tralle. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None. <br />STAFF PRESENT : Paul Bengtson, Jeff Smyser and Michael Grochala <br />I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Rafferty called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:35 <br />p.m., January 11, 2006. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />October 12, 2005 <br />Chair Rafferty requested the following changes: <br />Page 3, last paragraph, change text from "...and asked why where they looking at the <br />spirit of it.." to "...and asked why we are looking at the spirit of it..." <br />Page 5, paragraph 6, change text from "... Chair Rafferty asked why could not have the <br />driver's side..." to "Chair Rafferty asked why we couldn't enter with the driver's side..." <br />Mr. Nelson made a MOTION to approve the October 12, 2005 Minutes as amended and <br />was supported by Mr. Tralle. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />November 9, 2005 <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to approve the November 9, 2005 Minutes and was supported <br />by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried 4 -0. Mr. Tralle, Mr. Hyden and Mr. Pogalz abstained. <br />December 14, 2005 <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to approve the December 14, 2005 Minutes and was <br />supported by Mr. Pogalz. Motion carried 6 -0. Mr. Root abstained. <br />
