The <br />plat includes 3 residential lots. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of 62nd <br />Street and West Shadow Lake Drive. <br />The final plat generally conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the <br />City Council on July 12, 2004 with Resolution 04 -94. All of the conditions of approval from the <br />preliminary plat have already been addressed, or will be addressed as part of the development <br />agreement. <br />The title commitments have been forwarded to the City Attorney for review. <br />• RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat for Junes Addition. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
