Preliminary Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, & Utility Plan submitted by Plowe Engineering, <br />Inc., dated September 11, 2006. <br />2. Drainage Calculations submitted by Plowe Engineering, Inc., dated May 17, 2006 and September 11, <br />2006. <br />Drainage Review Comments: <br />01. As per a telephone conversation with Plowe Engineering on October 2, 2006, a drainage area map for <br />the submitted models, labeled "04899tourville ", will be mailed to the City for review. <br />2. Submit infiltration basin sizing calculations for review. <br />3. Submit a geotechnical report for review. The low floor elevations are required to be a minimum of 4 <br />feet above the seasonally high ground water table. <br />4. Include a note on the Grading Plan indicating that streets shall be kept free from-sediment carried by <br />construction traffic. <br />5. Indicate the 10 foot wide wetland buffer, located from the wetland delineation to the proposed lawn <br />areas, on the Grading Plan. Any grading in the buffer area shall be restored with native wetland <br />vegetation. <br />6. Label the high water elevation of the on -site wetland on the Grading Plan. <br />7. Rice Creek Watershed District will need to give approval prior to the City issuing final approval. <br />Submit a copy of the RCWD permit for the City's records. <br />8. Permit approval from the County may be required for this project.
