Preliminary Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utility Plan submitted by Plowe Engineering, <br />Inc., dated October 11, 2006. <br />2. Preliminary Plat submitted by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc., received by the City of Lino Lakes October 11, <br />2006. <br />Utility Comments: <br />1. City standard utility details must be included within the plan set. <br />2. Provide detail of 36" x 30" CMP Reducer for proposed storm sewer. <br />Plat Comments: <br />1. A drainage and utility easement must be extended to cover 10' beyond the 36" CMP along the west <br />Plat Line. <br />Miscellaneous Comments: <br />1. Anoka County permit must be provided for work within Birch Street Right -of -Way. <br />2. Grading slopes shall not exceed a maintainable 3:1 limit. <br />3. Notes must include bituminous trail to be restored to existing or better section, as approved by City <br />Engineer. <br />4. Rock construction entrance must extend to Birch Street. <br />5. Provide accurate building dimensions and/or house type to accommodate wetland buffer location. <br />6.
