Staff recommended approval of the zoning ordinance amendment. Chair Tralle declared the Public Hearing open at 7:32 p.m. There was no one present to speak. Pogalz made a MOTION to Close the Public Hearing at 7:33 p.m. Motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. Motion carried 5 - 0. Mr. Laden made a MOTION to recommend approval of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to modify the requirements for Outdoor Sales Lots as described in the staff report, and including the following amendments discussed by the board and staff: • Amend the definition of Motor Vehicle Sales Lot to state: ...or lease of new "and used" vehicles... • Amend Section 7.
