• <br />• <br />• <br />Section 2 Subds. 1. — 9. DRAFT AMENDMENTS May 2011 <br />Subd. 5. Administratien4 Administrative Permits and Approvals. <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish regulations and <br />procedures for the processing and consideration of activities allowed by <br />administrative permit, and of matters requiring the approvals of the Zoning <br />Administrator with the goal of protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />citizens of the City. When an administrative permit for outdoor dining or seating <br />is required, it may be incorporated into another approval such as but not limited <br />to a site plan, planned unit development, or building permit. <br />B. Procedure. <br />1. Application for an administrative permit shall be filed by the property <br />owner or designated agent with the Zoning Administrator on forms to be <br />provided by the City. <br />Applications for administrative permits or administrative approvals shall be <br />accompanied by a non - refundable fee as established by City Council <br />ordinance. <br />3. The Zoning Administrator shall review the applications and related <br />materials and shall determine whether the proposal is in compliance with <br />all applicable evaluation criteria, codes, ordinances, and applicable <br />performance standards set forth in this Ordinance. The Zoning <br />Administrator shall notify the applicant, in writing, of any incomplete <br />application within ten (10) days of the date of submission. <br />4. The Zoning Administrator's review is based upon the following factors: <br />a. The proposed development application has been found to be <br />consistent with the policies and recommendations of the Lino <br />Lakes Comprehensive Plan including: <br />1) Land Use Plan. <br />2) Transportation Plan. <br />3) Utility (Sewer and Water) Plans. <br />4) Local Water Management Plan. <br />5) Capital Improvement Plan. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Administration <br />Amended per Ord.
