Section 2 Subds. 1. — 9. DRAFT AMENDMENTS May 2011 <br />4. Information identified in Section 3, Subd. 5. of this Ordinance as may be <br />applicable. <br />Performance Standards. All uses, events, or activities allowed by <br />administrative permit shall conform to the applicable standards outlined in the <br />zoning district in which such use, event or activity is proposed. The proposed <br />development shall comply with site layout performance standards included in <br />§xxxx (probably to be added to Sec. 3.) <br />E. Administration and Enforcement. <br />1. The Zoning Administrator shall keep a record of applications and <br />administrative permits or approvals. <br />A copy of all administrative permits issued shall be forwarded to <br />appropriate staff as determined by the Zoning Administrator. <br />3. Enforcement of the provisions of this paragraph shall be in accordance <br />with Section 2, Subd. 9 of this Ordinance.
