DRAFT AMENDMENTS May 2011 <br />1) Required and proposed setbacks. <br />2) Location, setback and dimensions of all proposed buildings <br />and structures including ground - installed heating and air <br />conditioninq equipment. <br />3) Location of all adjacent buildings and structures within one <br />hundred (100) feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject <br />property. <br />4) Location, number, dimensions of all proposed parking stalls, <br />loading areas and drive aisles, with curbing shown. <br />5) Location, width and setbacks of all proposed street <br />accesses and driveways. <br />6) Location, width and setbacks of all proposed sidewalks, <br />walkways and trails. <br />7) Location and type of all proposed lighting, including fixture <br />details. <br />8) Provisions for storage and disposal of waste, garbage and <br />recyclables, including details for enclosing and screening <br />exterior containers. <br />f. Calculations for impervious /pervious surfaces. <br />gā€ž: Date of preparation and dates of revisions. <br />3. Stormwater Management Plan including all information required by <br />Section 1011.09 of the City Code. <br />a. In addition, documentation that the applicant has submitted to the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District or the Vadnais Lake Area Water <br />Management Organization, as applicable, a complete application <br />as defined by those agencies.
