Adequate off - street parking and access is provided on the site or on <br />lots directly abutting or directly across a public street or alley to the <br />principal use in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 5. of this Ordinance <br />and that such parking is adequately screened and landscaped from <br />surrounding and abutting residential uses in compliance with Section <br />3. Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. <br />87. Home Occupation Level C as regulated by Section 3, Subdivision 8 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />1 KI. Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed in the R -4 District by administrative <br />permit, as may be approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />1.
