8. Home Occupation Level A as regulated by Section 3, Subdivision 8 of this 4, <br />Ordinance. <br />H. Conditional Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are conditional uses in the NB District: These uses require a <br />conditional use permit based on the criteria and procedures outlined in Section 2, <br />Subd. 2 of this Ordinance. <br />Commercial day care facilities provided that: <br />a. All requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health and <br />Human Services, as may be amended, are satisfactorily met and <br />the structure and operation is licensed accordingly. <br />b. Screening is provided along all shared property lines. Such <br />required fencing and screening shall be in compliance with the <br />applicable provisions of Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. <br />c. Adequate off - street parking is provided in a location separated from <br />any outdoor play area(s). <br />2. Planned unit development — commercial including shopping centers as <br />regulated by Section 2, Subd. 10 of this Ordinance. <br />3. Specialty schools such as music, dance or business schools provided <br />that: <br />a. Provisions are made to buffer and screen any adjoining residential <br />uses. <br />b. The site is served by an arterial or collector street of sufficient <br />capacity to accommodate traffic which will be generated. <br />Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be <br />approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />1. Personal wireless service antennas as secondary uses as regulated by <br />Section 3, Subd. 14 of this Ordinance. <br />2. Home Occupation Level B as regulated by Section 3, Subdivision 8 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Accessory outdoor dining or seating facilities intended for consumption of <br />food or beverages purchased on site, provided that requirements of <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Amended <br />per Ord. No. 21 -03, 04 -05, 09 -06, 11 -08, <br />04 -09, 01 -10, 04 -10, 02 -11 & 03 -11 <br />7 -4 <br />Business Districts <br />r <br />• <br />
