• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Smyser <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: August 10, 2011 <br />TOPIC: CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Conditional Use Permit Amendment <br />Motor Fuel Station, 7997 Lake Drive <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Planning and Zoning Board originally opened this public hearing at the June 2011 meeting. <br />The reason behind this was that the application was incomplete and therefore not ready for a <br />complete review and board action. We have been continuing the hearing each month since then. <br />Staff was scheduled to meet with the applicant's team on August 8 to discuss the project. The <br />intent was to ensure a complete submittal for the September meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Continue the public hearing to the September meeting. <br />
