I <br />apologize for this sudden action. My home has been for sale since April and recently <br />sold. With all the red tape it takes to sell theses days it was not until after our last P & Z <br />meeting that things began to look positive towards closing the deal. I have waited until <br />the home officially closed to send this resignation so that I could continue to serve on my <br />term if things fell through. We have signed a lease on a rental home outside of Lino <br />Lakes. <br />I have been a member of P & Z for 7 years and truly enjoyed serving as a member.
