Provisions <br />All conditions pertaining to a specific site arc subject to change <br />when- <br />finds that the general welfare or public betterment can be served as <br />the conditions. <br />J. Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be <br />approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />1. Personal wireless service antennas as secondary uses as regulated by <br />Section 3, Subd. 1-514 of this Ordinance. <br />2. Telecommunication towers as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 114 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Temporary mobile towers as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 14 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />4. Open Air Markets. <br />5. Transient Merchants. <br />6. Accessory outdoor dining or seating facilities intended for consumption of <br />food or beverages purchased on site, provided that requirements of <br />Section 3, Subd. 15 are met. <br />K. Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the GI District: <br />1. Temporary Batch Plants. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Industrial Districts <br />8 -33 <br />
