• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -01 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMININING CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN, OTTER LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes is considering a capital <br />improvement project to construct street and utility improvements for the extension of Otter Lake <br />Road the proposed project has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board for review, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the proposed Otter Lake Road <br />improvement project and has compared that to the plans for development of the City as provided <br />for in the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning and Zoning Board of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The proposed extension of Otter Lake Road is consistent with the plans for development <br />of the City as provided for in the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />Chairperson, Paul Tralle <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board this 13th day of June, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
