Parking is screened and landscaped in compliance with requirements for business or industrial uses in Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. d. Adequate off - street loading and service entrances are provided and regulated where applicable by Section 3, Subd. 6. of this Ordinance. 13. Small engine and boat repair provided that: a. The lighting shall be accomplished in such a way as to have no direct source of light visible from adjacent land in residential use or from the public right -of -way and shall be in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.F of this Ordinance. b. At the boundaries of a residential district, a strip of not less than five (5) feet shall be landscaped and screened in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. c.
