Where a side or rear lot line in the GB District coincides with an adjacent <br />public road right -of -way or property guided by the comphrensive plan for <br />residential development, a landscape buffer area shall be provided along such <br />side or rear lot line not less than forty (40) feet in depth in compliance with <br />Section 3, Subd. 4.Q. <br />C. Height Regulations. No building in the GB District shall be erected or <br />structurally altered to exceed forty -five (45) feet in height except as allowed by <br />Section 3, Subd. 4.C. <br />D. In the GB District, no building or land shall be used, and no <br />building shall be erected, converted or structurally altered unless otherwise <br />provided herein, except for one or more of the following uses. <br />1. Adult use — principals and acce ory per Section 3, Subd. 13. <br />2. Governmental and public regulated utilities, buildings, and structures <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of the City. <br />3. Commercial greenhouses and nurseries. <br />4.
