• Recommend removal of infiltration pond rock bottoms <br />• Recommend changing the clay lined pretreatment ponds to a storm chamber type of oil <br />grit separator large enough to accommodate the water volumes generated on the site and <br />include the 800 gal oil capture capacity as required by city code. <br />• Recommend soli borings to verify that all infiltration areas including swales are not in the <br />SoA soil type. <br />• Recommend that the site meet the .5 inch infiltration requirement to the extent possible, <br />and a variance given from RCWD to the project for remainder of this requirement not <br />attainable. <br />• Recommend that as a part of their MS4 requirements that maintenance plan and yearly <br />inspection submittal to the city be submitted for all storm water features on the site. <br />• Recommend that the second well shown registered to the original owner in the county <br />well point index be located and sealed if it can be located.
